At NACHI, we take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
- All original packaging, including dust bags and authenticity cards, must be included.
- Proof of purchase from our official website is required.
- Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our concierge team at support@nachi.com or via WhatsApp. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your package.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
